It also protects plant roots during harsh winter and summer weather, inhibit weed germination and, depending on what you use, can also give your garden a boost of nutrients.

Cottage Mulch is a natural mulch made from timber pallets & offcuts from clean sources. It is a blend predominantly ranging in size from 8mm to 40mm.
Cottage Mulch is ideal for general landscape mulching but is also suited in price and design to home gardens and large-scale commercial projects. The feedstock used to manufacture Cottage Mulch is obtained from clean timber from forestry, sawmill and urban timber residues.
Cottage Mulch is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the EPA Resource Recovery Mulch Order 2016. The requirements of this order apply in relation to the supply of mulch for application to land.

Eucalyptus Mulch, or Euchie Mulch, is an organic light tan coloured mulch. Long lasting, this fine 15mm minus mulch is easy to spread and perfect for native gardens and general landscaping. The natural look and texture of Euchie Mulch makes it an easy choice for recreating a bush land floor setting. Certified Softfall designed for use as a playground mulch.
It has a medium consistency and has been blended to minimise sharp edges. It has been tested in accordance with AS/NZ 4422:1996

Redwood Chip is a decorative mulch that works particularly well in formal gardens, highlighting feature plants, hedges and structural lines. Mulching reduces evaporation, keeping plant roots cool in summer and warm in winter. Mulching will also suppress weed growth, and encourage earthworm activity. Redwood Chip is a 20-25mm graded mulch and made from recycled plantation timber & wood waste. The red colour is non-toxic, making it safe to use around people, pets and plants.
